What the app does

The app produces two plans for a merchant to review: an inventory plan (demand forecasts and suggested purchase orders) and a marketing plan (which products to push, hold or clear, with suggested advertising budget moves). Nothing is sent to suppliers or advertising platforms automatically; the merchant approves every action inside the app.

Data we read from your store

When you install the app you approve the permissions it asks for. Within those permissions the app reads only what the plans need:

• Store details: store name, domain, timezone, currency, and whether the store is a development store.
• Products, variants, product costs, collections, vendors and product types.
• Inventory levels and locations.
• Orders and their line items: order dates, quantities, prices and discounts. The app does not read or store customer names, email addresses, phone numbers or addresses.
• Your app subscription status, so the app knows which modules are active.

Data you give the app

The app also stores what you upload or enter:

• Advertising spend exports from Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads: campaign and ad set names, dates, spend, impressions, clicks, conversions and conversion value.
• Settings such as target margins, supplier lead times, minimum stock cover, promotions, product exclusions, the residual value of leftover stock, and marketing experiment summaries you record.
• Your approvals, plan edits and the purchase orders the app creates for you.

Accounts and imported files outside Shopify

Merchants who use the app outside Shopify sign in with their Google account or with a one-time link sent to their email address. Sign-in is operated for us by Google (Google Identity Platform). We keep your email address, your name when Google provides it, the time of your last sign-in, and the workspaces you belong to. We never see or store a password.

In place of a store connection, these merchants import catalog, inventory and order reports exported from their sales channel. The app keeps the products, stock levels and order lines it reads from those files (order dates, product identifiers, quantities, prices and status) together with a record of each import. Customer names, addresses and contact details that a marketplace report may contain are ignored and not stored, and the files themselves are not kept.

A workspace owner can invite teammates by email address; we store that address to grant access when the person signs in. You can ask us to delete your account or a workspace at any time.

How we use the data

The data is used to forecast demand, size purchase orders, recommend advertising budget moves, show the results in the app, bill your subscription through Shopify, and answer your support requests. Each merchant's data is processed on its own. We do not sell data, do not use it for advertising, do not share one merchant's data with another, and do not combine merchants' data to train models.

Who else sees the data

The app runs on Google Cloud, which hosts the application and its database and operates sign-in on our behalf under a data processing agreement. For Shopify merchants, Shopify provides the app platform and billing and receives the information needed for that. No other third party receives merchant data. If the app starts using another external service to process data, we will update this policy before it does so.

How long we keep it

Store data is kept while the app is installed so the plans can use the sales history. When you uninstall the app, its access to your store ends immediately. Shopify then sends us a store redaction request 48 hours after the uninstall, and on receiving it we delete all data about the store. Because the app holds no customer personal data, customer data requests and customer redaction requests from Shopify need no further action, and we confirm them as such. Outside Shopify, a workspace and its data are kept until you ask us to delete them, and your account is kept until you ask us to delete it.

Security

Data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and is stored in a managed database with access limited to the app and its operators. Access tokens for your store are stored only for the app's own use and are removed when you uninstall.

Your rights

For the data in your store you are the controller and we act as your processor. You can ask us to show, correct or delete the data the app holds about your store at any time, and you can remove everything by uninstalling the app. Merchants in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, California and other regions with data protection laws have additional rights under those laws, which we honour on request.

Cookies

The app uses the session cookies needed to run inside the Shopify admin and, outside Shopify, to keep you signed in and remember the workspace you opened. Our public website sets no advertising or analytics cookies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app changes. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes are announced inside the app.
